Algebra 1 (Period 4) Assignments

Oral Presentations:

 

You must find something interesting/helpful on the McGraw-Hill Connect Ed Algebra 1 account that you can share with the class.  Do not teach a math concept, show us where/how we can use a site feature.  Topics may not be repeated, so you will need to keep track of what your classmates have already shared until it is your turn to present.  You must be ready to present at the beginning of the class period on the date you chose.  Your presentation should last between 2 and 3 minutes.  Please refer to the attached rubric for how you will be graded.  I suggest you print a copy and think about how you will reach a rating of excellent in each of the five categories!

The signature page of the attached guidelines must be printed, signed by you and a parent/guardian, and returned at the beginning of class Wednesday (8/19). Please make sure all printed information is clearly legible. 

Make sure you read the class and homework guidelines carefully. You will be expected to follow them throughout the school year.

 

In addition, you must submit this Google survey before Wednesday. You will be asked to provide an e-mail address for your parent/guardian and yourself, and also a parent/guardian phone number.
