Assistant Principals' Message
San Marino High School has a long tradition of excellence in academics, athletics, and co-curricular activities.  Academically, San Marino students have achieved a level of performance virtually unchallenged by public schools in California.  Our test scores are excellent!  Our graduates continue to gain admittance to the best universities in the country.  A high percentage of our seniors are named as National Merit Scholars each year.  Our math and science teams have gained recognition at he county and state levels.  Recently, San Marino had four students, the most of any school in the state, score a perfect 2400 on the new SAT.

We are especially proud of the Visual and Performing Arts program.  Our choral groups have represented San Marino High School in performances throughout the world.  We also have an award-winning band and orchestra, a fantastic dance team, an excellent drama program, and a nationally recognized speech program.  If visual arts are your talent and interest, we also have classes for you to nurture those talents.  All of these programs have garnered praise from appreciative audiences in the community.

Titan athletic teams have won 65 CIF titles over the years, our most recent being the 2007 CIF SS Boys Tennis title.  A number of teams won league championships and several advanced to the CIF playoffs in the 2006-2007 school year.  The array of clubs and service groups available on campus is extraordinary!  We want you to study hard and do well academically, but we also want you to become involved by finding something that will enrich your San Marino experience.
