Transcript Requests for Currently Enrolled Students:
Transcript requests can be made at school, in the Counseling Office,
Mon.-Fri. 7:30am – 4:00pm. Copies of transcripts, test scores, and/or immunization records are free of charge for all currently enrolled students. Turnaround time during the school week, is generally 24 hours.
PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL LAST MINUTE
Transcript Requests for Graduates/Former Students
Submit the Transcript Request Form (attached below) to the address indicated on the form.
There is a $5.00 fee for each copy requested by check or cash, in person or via postal mail.
