AP or Honors Appeals

All students wishing to appeal a non-acceptance in an AP or Honors course at San Marino High School must complete this form before the end of the current academic school year. Complete a separate form for each course which is being appealed. The appeal process is detailed below:
1. Complete the AP/Honor course appeals form and submit it before the end of the current academic school year.
2. The department chair will review the request with Assistant Principal of Instruction and Guidance and communicate a written decision within five school days.
3. If the decision is challenged, the parent/guardian and student may contact the Assistant Principal of Instruction and Guidance.
4. If the the decision is further challenged, the parent/guardian and student may contact the Principal. This decision is final.

San Marino H.S. Academic Honesty Policy 2018-19

At San Marino High School we promote character and high ethical standards. We expect all students to create work that is entirely their own. A student who cheats or plagiarizes is in violation of this Academic Honesty Policy and is subject to the procedures and consequences detailed within the policy.
