Welcome to my home page. I am thrilled to be part of the staff at San Marino High School and the amazing team in the Math Department. I have been a resident of San Marino for 19 years and California for 29 years. Prior to moving here, I lived on the east coast in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.

My background is in engineering. I obtained my B.S. in mechanical engineering from Lafayette College (Easton, PA) and my M.M.E. from the University of Delaware. From there I worked for the DuPont Company. After moving to California I worked for Pfizer and two other smaller companies doing research, development and clinical studies on cardiac medical devices. During this time I attended USC and obtained my M.B.A.

After moving to San Marino in 2000, I took a short break from work and then returned as the science lab teacher at Valentine Elementary School. During my last few years at Valentine I attended PLNU to obtain both multiple subject and single subject teaching credentials. Although I loved my seven years at Valentine with the little kids, I am very happy to be working with our amazing big kids at San Marino High.
