The last date to purchase AP exams is TBD. When purchasing the exam(s), it is important to complete ALL requested information.   Students must attend the mandatory lunch time Pre-Id sessions. Please contact Mrs. Noriega in the Counseling Office if you have any questions.

  • PSAT ExamWednesday, October 10, 2018  - For Sophomores & Juniors
  • Time: 8:00am-11:30am (Special Test Schedule) Students shall arrive at 7:30am to their assigned test rooms. 
 
Location:  San Marino High School (Your assigned test room, will be posted outside the Counseling Office prior to exam).  
 
Registration Information:  On-line registration for the PSAT exam for Sophomores & Juniors, begins September 10, 2018 through Monday, September 24, 2018.   To register, log into www.TotalRegistration.net/PSAT/053158.  Also, after you have purchased the PSAT Exam, a PSAT Student Guide will be available in the Counseling Office, please see Ms. Noriega.   
 
Important information for students that have registered/purchased the PSAT exam Mandatory PSAT Pre-Id lunch sessions will be held in the Neher auditorium.  Sophomores will pre-id on Tuesday, October 2nd, Juniors will pre-id on Thursday, October 4th.  Freshmens and make-ups are on Friday, October 5th.   
 
Exam day is Wednesday, October 10th at 8:00am.  We will be on a special schedule.  Assigned test rooms will be posted outside the Counseling Office on the lobby's Trophy case, a few days before.  Students should arrive to their assigned rooms no later than 7:45am., bring your student id. 
 
Exam Fee:  $25.00  
 
The Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT) is a program cosponsored by the College Board and National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC).  It is a standardized test that provides firsthand practice for the SAT.  It gives Juniors a chance to enter NMSC scholarship programs and gain access to college and career planning tools.
