Intermediate Advanced Technique (Entry Level)
Dancers should be able to perform the following movement demonstrating appropriate quality and technique for intermediate/ advanced level.
- six step with back turn
- clean double pirouettes
- double chainnes
- pas de bourree turns
- jazz split
- layout
- fan kicks
- tours
- jetes
- jumps: arabesque, banana, axial, understand the mechanics of a fouette
Ability should be consistent on both sides.
Dancers should be able to perform intermediate/ advanced level combinations.
Flexibility: Splits on both sides. Kicks at head level
Student must be able to spot during turn combinations.
