Welcome to the home of the award winning San Marino HS Choirs. The Choral Music Program at San Marino High School has been in existence for over 40 years, impacting the lives of thousands of students. The program is part of the curricular offerings at San Marino High School, a public school located in beautiful Southern California. Its deep traditions of excellence in choral music have grown the program into one of the finest high school choral programs in California, earning countless awards and honors, and invitations as headline performers at major festivals throughout the United States. SHMS choral ensembles explore the finest in choral literature from all periods and genres. Membership is open to all students who attend San Marino High School.
The San Marino High School Choirs have toured extensively throughout the world including performances in France's Chateau Vaux le Vicomte (pictured above) and Meaux Cathedral, Prague's St. Vitus Cathedral, Helsinki's Temppeliaukio Church, and St. Patrick's Cathedral in Dublin. Past and present members of the ensembles have represented SMHS as members of region, state and national honor choirs while maintaining a high level of musicianship and academic standards. This program is steeped in tradition and an expectation of excellence through music.
